Difference Between Astral-Projection and Hedge-Crossing

Some may argue that they are the same thing. But to me this isn't true. Let's go over some key differences, and why you would use each method.

Hedge-Crossing is basically your soul going to a different realm. This isn't so much flying outside near your house, but more so visiting the different realms (upper, mid, and lower).

Some people may even go further and visit the 7 planes of existence. Basically if you plan to Hedge-Cross, expect to end up in a different world than your own. People most commonly Hedge-Cross to meet with a particular spirit or any spirits they can find. To successfully Cross into the Other realm, you need to enter a Trance State.

Astral Projection on the other hand is a little different. In Astral Projection, your astral body(different than soul) leaves your physical body, thus allowing you to explore your earthly terrain (sometimes other planets). You may meet spirits during Astral Projection, but this is less likely than the ladder. So in short, I would say it's a little easier to do, less dangerous, and more for exploring. You also do not need to be in a full on trance to initiate Projection, as long as your body is relaxed, and your mind is alert/yet calm, you should be good to go.
